IMG_2146I have a crew of taste testers who say yay or nay to posting recipes. (Actually, I usually know if I’ve hit a winner by how much is scarfed down.) After a plain pork chop dinner, I usually have leftovers.  Well, this recipe is far from plain, it has a lot of flavor, and they always lick the platter clean.  The hint of honey and Dijon combined hits it out of the park, and the super flavorful sauce  is especially good over noodles.  Everything is made one skillet.  No more dry pork chops…only delectable pork chops that disappear!
