I’m thinking blue jeans must have been the greatest clothing invention of all time.  They are down right comfortable.  They can be dressed up or down.  I live in blue jeans!  Blah, blah, blah, enough ranting about fashion (if that’s what you call it). Let me tell you why I think ground beef was the greatest food invention of all time:  1) It’s so versatile. In a pinch,  you can substitute it for other meats. 2) It’s budget friendly. 3) It’s fast and yummy! (And who doesn’t love a good, old fashioned hamburger?…oh yeah vegetarians, but we can get to that in another post.)  So if you’ve got some ground beef in the fridge, try a different twist on Korean beef.  It’s not the traditional sirloin, but hey, it’s packed with deliciousness. It only takes about 15 minutes to pull this off.   It’s great served with rice, and I love it topped on a salad with some ginger-sesame dressing.
