Combine ground beef with steak seasoning and then form the beef into four equal-sized patties.
In a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add burgers and cook 5 minutes, then flip and cook another 5 minutes. Turn heat to low, cover with a lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Top with Pepper Jack cheese. Remove from heat and cover just until cheese has melted.
Toast buns and build burgers by layering the bottom bun with some melted nacho cheese, and nachos. Next place the cheeseburger on top of the nachos, then top with bacon, jalapenos; salsa, nacho cheese and mayochup. (Add lettuce and onions if desired) Devour and enjoy!
