S'mores Frozen Hot Chocolate

A refreshing frozen hot chocolate drink is rimmed with marshmallow creme and graham crackers. It's capped off with mini Hershey's chocolate, chocolate syrup, toasted marshmallows, and eye-popping whipped cream.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 3

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk (your choice, I used Almond breeze)
  • 2 packages (5 ounces each) dry hot chocolate mix, (your choice of flavor)
  • 3 cups ice*

Garnish (if desired)

  • 2 graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 3 large marshmallows
  • marshmallow creme
  • chocolate syrup
  • mini chocolate bars
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the inside of three glasses with chocolate syrup. Place in freezer until ready to use.

  2. On a small baking sheet, place the marshmallows and broil 4 to 5 inches from the top until toasted and golden brown, about 1 minute. Cool completely.

  3. Meanwhile, spread marshmallow créme on the rim of the cold glasses, and then roll the rim in the crushed graham crackers. (Save the extra graham crackers)

  4. Combine the the milk, hot chocolate mix, the extra graham crackers and ice to a blender and blend until smooth. (If you do not have a high powered blender, use crushed ice.)

  5. Divide between the prepared glasses. If desired, top with whipped cream, additional chocolate syrup, graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate pieces.

Recipe Notes

If you do not have a high powered blender, use crushed ice instead of whole ice cubes.
